No you can't get admission
Admission to BAMS and BHMS is only through AYUSH counselling on the basis neet scores. The MCI conducts AIQ NEET counselling only for MBBS and BDS courses.

Yes you can get in 15%all indian quota
15 percent All IndiaQuota(AIQ) seats in government medical and dental colleges across all states (except Jammu and Kashmir) Seats reserved for Wards of Insured Persons (IPquota) in Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) medical colleges. 100 percent seats in Deemed and Central universities.
