whether phones are allowed in hostel and when the dayout is available

Hey Princess,
It would be really great if you can mention about which hostel you are talking about so that l can help you properly.
But for usual if you are doing graduation or post graduation , no doubt you can keep your phones with you at some places . Also if you are in +2 level and staying in a hostel, some school does allow phones and some does not.
So it would be great if you kindly specify the name of the hostel of the university or school so that l can help you properly.
