You need to provide your final result marks and roll number of 12th given in your final result which you must have got after passing the 12th class in your NEET application form.

You mean I can give the final result mark and the 12th board roll no.! Is it? I have given improvement exam only for one subject! So I can give the final marks of that and a little bit of confuse on roll no. 12th board roll no. Or improvement exam roll no. Should I provide?

Your roll number will be of the improvement exam only because that will be considered as the final result and your entire result will be displayed by entering your improvement roll number. For the marks, you fill in the final marks of the 1 subject for which you have the improvement exam and for the rest of the subjects provide marks that you have scored in the first attempt only.. !
