IIIT is much better than JNTU, in terms of ranking, placements, faculty , lab facilities, but of you mention which IIIT you are asking it would be better to clarify!

Both are the good colleges but It depends which IIITs or Which college of JNTU you are asking. If you specify any IIIT or JNTU college then accordingly I can help you about.
