You have secured 88.89 percentile in JEE MAINS. so according to that you would have a CRL near 100k. It is really difficult to get CS in a government college if you are a general candidate.
The only option left in front of you is to consider Private colleges. Since you have given UPTU as well, there are many colleges in which you can get CS and they have a fees approximately 1lkh/annum bt they all are private colleges affiliated by UPTU.
So if you don't have any problem considering pvt colleges, then you can go for that.
