Well as per the RRB NTPC News the RRB Exam for Railways has released the Exam Dates. You must check out the Compelte RRB Exam Syllabus for the Railways RRB Group D as well as for the RRB ALP Exams

You can check out the exam dates, Admit card, Syllabus and many more.

There are good books for SSC preparation you can prefer.
Like for GK there is Manorama book which is mostly preferred.
GK: SSC General Awareness Chapterwise Solved Papers by Kiran Prakashan

Then you will be required to practice old papers as well.

For Reasoning you can refer to Analytics reasoning by MK Pandey and for English you can refer to Arihant publications.
