In my view both the universities have equally good rankings while considering in education, campus, faculty, facitilites, job placements etc. both the universites are also maintaining good standards, and i personally suggest that in my point of view A.U is best for doing CSE Engineering because you may feel new energy and facing challenges in you.

The choice you have chosen of computer science engineering is good
So according to your state nirf ranking .the Andhra University is best for the computer science engineering and also it has also more facilities and placements

According to me , JNTUK is good . It offers excellent education . And the placements are also good. Go for it.
