Which causes minamata disease???

The causative agent of this disease is methylmercury.
Minamata is the disease of CNS, type of poisoning caused by high/long consumption of fish and shellfish from Minamata Bay.
It causes muscle weakness, damage to hearing and speech, numbness in hands-feet.
