List of certificates required during verification are mentioned below :-
1. 10th and 12th marks Sheet.
2. 10th and 12th passing certificate.
3. Rank card and score card of NEET 2019.
4. NEET counselling letter.
5. Birth certificate.
6. Caste certificate.
7. 8 passport size photos same as the one affixed on the application form .
8. Proof of identity and admit card
9.  Provisional allotment letter generated online .

Dear Sir / Ma'm, the physical verification will take place after the counselling has started and only when you have been assigned a seat in any medical college. Well, this is for the All India Counselling. For state counselling, you have to first do the physical documents verification in your state after which the state releases its rank list. The documents required in the All India counselling are :

NEET admit card

NEET rank card issued to you

Class 10th and 12th certificate and marksheet

Valid Identity proof

8 passport sized photographs

Caste certificate (if applicable)

PwD certificate (if applicable).

For state counselling, you need to show domicile certificate proofs and other related documents which varies from state to state.

NEET 2019 Admit Card.

NEET Scorecard or Rank Letter.

Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)

Class 12 certificate and mark sheet.

ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)

Eight passport size photographs.

Provisional Allotment Letter.

Caste Certificate (if applicable
