Hi Aspirant!

If you have failed in Bsc 1st year then your highest qualification is 10+2 . Amd you might be counted as dropper, so if you have qualified 12th from CBSE or ICSE then you can use code 02 as this code is used for the droppers of CBSE and ICSE boards. Or if you have qualified 10+2 from any other state board except these two then code 03 is suitable for you.
