So, with your JEE mains rank in OBC category, you are very likely to get a seat in most of the top NITs and IIITs. Although you haven't mentioned your subject preference, and your home state, and many other factors that are required to know about the seat availaibility.

As you have secured 12374 rank in JEE mains form OBC category then you can definitely get some of the nits.
If you belong from home state quota then you can easily get many of the good and it is like NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Goa, NIT Kurukshetra, nit surathkal, etc.
But if you belong from other state then the chances of getting some good nits is low but you can hey other nits like :-

• Nit Srinagar
  
• Nit arunachal pradesh
  
• Nit Nagaland
  
• Nit Agartala
