Getting 80000 to 90000 rank in the general category there will not be more specific chances of getting into professional engineering courses rather than you can get other engineering courses that too very rarely because the competition is very tough.
Getting 80000 to 90000 rank in bc category also dosnt let you secure any professional course NITs
And coming sc and st category you have very little chances in North side NITs
