With general category you cannot get a good college. You should have scored around 98 percentile to get a good college like NIT warangal or jaipur. I will suggest you to get year drop and prepare well for the next JEE examination.

As per the previous year cutoffs and assuming general category you have no chance of getting getting any NIT IIITs or GFTIs.
You can apply for state government colleges through State entrance exams and some private Colleges.
You should also prefer to take a year drop for the preparations to score good next year to get good NIT.
