Which college can I get with neet score of 483? I am residence of bihar with obc category. Please help me out!!!

Unfortunately ,your chances of getting admission in government medical colleges are very less with a score of 483 marks ,obc category and state quota ,if we consider last year's cutoff.
Last year ,cutoff of NEET for obc category under state quota in bihar government medical colleges reached 519 marks.Still,I'll suggest you to go for the counseling ,as this year,there is an increase of 4,500 mbbs seats all over india.
