Which college I will get at 561 marks if my category is GEN and state of domicile is Uttar pradesh?

Hey you may not get the top few medical colleges in your state. (Top 2-3 colleges)
Otherwise you can get into any other government medical colleges.

As per the last year cutoff you have less chance to get admission under All India Quota but you can have the chances for state quota seats. You can also refer below given article for the further information.
