First of all congratulations on scoring 637. At this score , you can easily get admission in any government medical college either by all India quota or by state quota. You can get admission in colleges like:

King George medical college
BSA medical college, delhi
NMDC medical college,delhi
CSM medical university, lucknow and many more.
