I have get a total of 502 marks in NEET. Can I get MS ramaihah medical college. Please guide me about which college i can get ??

With this score, you have decent chances to get seat in MS Ramaiah but I would also suggest you to try for Govt colleges under state quota as well as it requires more than 500 marks, so may be your score works there.
