Here are the best engineering colleges in Karnataka along with placements and fee structure:

NIT Surathkal. The placement here is around 90% with an average starting salary of 7 lakhs per annum. The tuition fees for a four-year B.Tech course is Rs. 5,39,000.

MIT, Manipal. The highest package for a B.Tech. student this year was Rs. 22.38 Lakh per annum with an average of 7 Lakh per annum. A four-year B.Tech. course here will cost you a whopping Rs. 15,50,000.

RVCE, BAngalore. Around 30 companies visited the campus this year and the average package was 8.5 Lakh per annum, the highest being 50 Lakh per annum. This college offers a B.E. degree at Rs. 3,90,000 for four years.

Ramaiah Institute of Technology. With a max. salary of Rs. 9,80,000, per annum, the average was 4 lakh last year. A B.E. course here costs Rs. 2,38,000 for four years.

BMS College of Engineering. It had an average placement package of 4 lakh per annum and max. of 8 lakh per annum. For a B.E. course of 4 years here, you have to pay Rs. 2,39,000
