    For neet you need to check which colleges you can get on the below college predictor.
    https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor
    Since your home state also matters,  the predictor will give you accurate colleges.
    . For AIIMS,  the exam is of 200 marks with 200 questions. Every correct answer gives one mark and every incorrect answer deducts 1/3rd marks. So getting 300 is not possible. Also to get into AIIMS delhi you need to get atleast 140 marks in the exam. All the best.
