It's difficult to predict your admission possibilities & qualifying score based on your percentile. But with this percentile the chances seems less to qualify the exam as general category or get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.
You can try for the state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
