Dear Sir/Ma'm, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for admission to various medical institutions all across India was held on the 5th of May 2019. The qualifying cut-off for general category is 118-691 marks and for Scheduled Caste, Tribe and OBCs is 96-118 marks. However, crossing the qualifying cut-off alone doens't guarantee you a seat. With the aforesaid mark, I must tell you that it is nearly impossible to get a seat. If your friend is passionate about medical, then he should drop a year and prepare sincerely for NEET all over again. If not this, then in whichever stream your friend has a knack for, he can opt for it.
