You have asked about two entirely different fields. Now if you want to choose between this two then you have to consider a target. If you want to get placed after your UG course and you don't want to go about the higher studies then go for BBA. As BBA is more job oriented compared to that of CS. Now if you are interested in CS then you need to atleast do a MSc in order to get a job. This is the most basic yet the most important point you should consider. If you want to go for a job oriented course in Computer Science then you can go for BCA course.

Dear Aspirant, both the differences are different. BSc in Computer Science is a technical degree where as BBA is a commerce degree. But if you do BBA then you can go forward for MBA and after completing MBA you can get well paid jobs from multinational companies. I hope you are clear now.
