The C++ Programming language is one of the best course for game development/ creation purpose, it's quite harder to learn but it will be more beneficial in view of graphics and smoothness of game. Another language is Python, its very easy to learn and also takes less time to develop but it is not as sufficient as C++ development. So, take your time and learn C++ functions properly, to develop a game as you want.
