Hii..
I am providing list of advantage of pursuing BSc in computer science-
- The time of completion of graduation is 3 years.
- The fees of Bsc is very less when compared to BTech.
- If you do not get admission in BTech CSE then you can go for this course.
- You can do MCA after completion of Bsc which is taken equivalent to BTech.
Advantages of pursuing BTech-
- This is a technical degree where you would get a opportunity to learn coding in a broader way.
- It is one of the most demanding department of Engineering due to its better placements comparatively.
- It will give you broader job and career options when compared to BSc.
My personal suggestion to you would be to go for BTech CSE rather than we get BSc because it is much better when compared specially for the placements

I am getting placements in cse too.but it seems like engineering is now not worth thats why I am asking this question
Majority of Engineers are job less that's the point of concern before choosing Engineering.
It's not bsc its bcs...
Although the engineering courses is losing its craze today but still it provides employment to a large number of people in our country and specially IT sector of our country is so broad and provides so much of employment opportunities so if you are considering placement while choosing between the two courses then I would prefer you to go for the B tech course. And if you are confused that whether there are placement opportunities or not then you should check the previous year placements in areas of good engineering colleges of our country. If you get a good college then it is surely going to make your future bright. But if you want to choose BCS then it is also not a bad idea since after BCS you have many opportunities like you can pursue masters and also go for MCA and other related courses.
