Hello,
Both BAMS and BHMS are good courses and it completely depends on your interest. BAMS deals with modern and vedic medicines whereas BHMS deals with homeopathic medicines.
However, I feel that doing BAMS is better as nowadays the scope for Ayurveda and it's medicines is increasing and more people are using Ayurvedic medicines in contrast to homeopathic medicines which are used only by some people, mostly in metro cities.
Anyway, it depends on your interest. Do not choose a specialisation only for the money.
