Obviously you should choose NIT.
it not only give you placement but a healthy environment; lifestyle; surrounding; people;etc.
And the most important thing it will give you a tag.
NIT is a tag like a brand . You are top layer of the cream ....

the best in terms of placements and quality of education is best is NIT , the NIT colleges are just as brand for our country in terms of engineering if get education from there you will be hired for any companies for sure as NIT is also govt you can get NIT admission through JEE mains
