Hey Sangeeta.
In India there are three entrance examinations for admission to MBBS Course- NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER.
NEET is an entrance exam for admission into all the medical colleges in India- Government, Private, Deemed Universities except all the AIIMS institutes and JIPMER Campuses. Admission in AIIMS institutes is done through their own entrance test- AIIMS MBBS and admission to both campuses of JIPMER is done through JIPMER MBBS exam. There are no other entrance tests other than these 3 for MBBS on India
Best of luck!
