As per my analysis i would say that Model Science college is best for B.SC as compared to other two colleges you have mentioned.
This is because of overall rating of MODEL SCIENCE CLG is better than other Colleges based on some people's ratings.

Overall rating :- 3.5/5.
Placement:-3.5/5.
Infrastructe:-3.5/5.
College life:-3.5/5.
Faculty:- 3.5/5.
Industry exposure:-3/10.
