Can we edit identification details in neet pg2020 application form? Since i lost my id prood which i entered in application, is it ok to submit alternative id proof during exam?

Hello,

Documents required before filling the application are :

Aadhar Card
Mobile number and email address
Photo and digital signature

Documents that need to be kept after filling the NEET application:
Proof of payment of application fee
Confirmation page generated after submission of NEET 2018 Application Form
Copy of system generated self-declaration (for candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J&K who wish to appear for All India Quota)
Admit Card of NEET 2018
Registration Number
