which iit college is best for m tech with cse branch??

Actually there are so many colleges that are very good. If you prepare a list, you can see top 10 colleges are almost equivalent and their position fluctuates among themselves in years.
Generally speaking, the most preferred colleges are the IITs, especially the top 5 IITs that are IIT Bombay, IIT Madaras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Guwahati, and some times IIT BHU too. Apart from this there are several IIITs also such as IIIT Bangaloroe, IIIT Gwalior, IIIT Allahabad, IIIT Hyderabad, etc.. There are some top NITs as well such as NIT Trichy, NIT warangal, NIT Nagpur.
Speaking of private colleges, BITS is the top most college, followed by VIT, MIT, SNU, KIIT, SRM come in the list.
DTU, BIT, are also good colleges with respect to CSE.
