Hi. There are not much colleges which offer aerospace engineering as a branch. There are only IITs and a handful number of private colleges which offers this course. No NITs or IIITs offer this course as of now.The IITs which offer these courses are IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras and IIT Kharagpur. The privates colleges include Amity University, Noida; SRM, Chennai; Centurion University, Vishakaptnam, etc.
