which is best for mba nd placement isb&m or riim in Pune??
There were few things which I kept in mind while applying for colleges which were placements, practical exposure and intake of the students for a batch. RIIM Pune has a very nominal fee like INR 4.5 to 6 Lacs only for two-year full-time MBA programme & 6.48lacs for PGDM Program where ISB&M charges 12–13Lacs for PGDM programme. There is a huge of difference of fees between both colleges, Both colleges are good but in terms of ROI (Return on Investments) RIIM Pune is far ahead from ISB&M Pune. RIIM Pune are offering placement of INR 5.5 lacs-INR 6.5 lacs as an average salary package and highest of 14 lacs. in companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Capgemini, Paytm, Swiggy, CCD, ITC, Future Group, Pantaloons, Bose, Khadims, JK Tyre, Byju's, Amul, Oppo, etc. The placement team's motto is not just bringing good packages but also focusing on bringing the brands which can boost our career in the right direction and at the right pace. Around 90% of the students get placed from college. RIIM has designed its curriculum in such a way that both practical and theoretical aspects are covered. MBA/PGDM+ Employability+MDP is the course where students get the domain knowledge as well as the practical Exposure. From every aspect RIIM Pune is the est college for MBA .

So in case of placement also equal importance is given to both MBA & PGDM Students. Apart from that along with your Degree or Diploma, RIIM provides number of certification courses like SAP, Six Sigma, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Advance Excel etc. RIIM is the only college in Pune whose collaboration with IIM Indore and get certification on Management Development Programme (MDP) for their students. These certifications will definitely helped you lot in your career growth.
Riim have one dedicated team for placement which looks after for all the placement activities, this is the best college in terms of ROI as it charges around 5–6 lac and on an average it provides 5 to 7 lac placement, they have good training faculties for placement which will train you for cracking interviews. They have good companies on board.
In terms of placement they never make any fake promises but they will train you so well that you will be able to crack any interview and get job, the training sessions are hard core they make you work hard for two years for your own good.
RIIM will balance your education with fun, you will enjoy two years of your life also you will learn so much.
Placements : Placements in the college are good. As it's my first year of MBA, I have seen many of my seniors getting placed in various companies from the month of September. So, the placement team of RIIM is good enough. They are inviting good companies like HDFC, Khadim's, Byju's, Futures Group, TCS, ITC ,Mother dairy and many big MNCs as well. The average package offered is around 6 lacs and the highest is 16 lacs.
Infrastructure : If we talk about the infrastructure, then it's disappointing because it's not large. Infrastructure consists of only one building where all the classes for MBA and PGDM are conducted. It's a small campus, but it's comfortable too. There is nice accommodation; you will like it.
Faculty : Faculty of RIIM are awesome. There are good faculty members who will be familiar with you, and their teaching experience is outstanding. There are a lot of visiting faculty members, and they are mind blowing expect 1-2 faculty. But allover, the faculty are nice in terms of teaching. There is no need to worry.
Other : RIIM organises every possible event and function. RIIM is like a family; you will learn a lot as well as enjoy the great environment of RIIM.

Hey,
RIIM Pune is a great learning experience in a budget of 4 to 6lacs.
If you can afford a budget of 10 to 12 lacs then you can also go for ISBM, and when it comes to placements then both RIIM and ISBM provides same opportunities whereas RIIM Pune has lowest fees and so it gives the best ROI.
Number of seats: almost same
Even Academics wise, RIIM provides quality education and also balances the corporate exposure with academics. Which helps the students during placements.
Also no college in Pune provides you extra certifications which RIIM Pune does.
So in comparison I would suggest RIIM Pune for your PG course.
Hope this helps.
