Working in Core construction companies definitely helps Civil engineers to gather knowledge of managing different cli... more. Even in PSU, when Expansion/new plant/modernization/ up- gradation takes place it is very good Opportunity for Civil Engineers to have overall experience in such projects.
PSU job through GATE is permanent as you will be an government employee. But remember if you are involved in unfair means, corruption etc, no job is permanent.

Most of time you feel free because work not always flow due to fund by government.
