I can help you with the Starting package in mainstream:-
PGCIL - 14 lpa.
IOCL - 11.6 lpa (It has increased recently but i dont know how much)
ONGC - 12.9 lpa
GAIL - 10.6
NTPC - 10.4
And govt. organisations.
BARC - 64000/Month consolidated
ISRO/DRDO - around 10
And this will increase by around 3040% after the PSU pay revision in 2017.
