which is better aerospace engineering or robotics engineering ? with an full details..
Dear student,
Aerospace engineering and robotics engineering both the engineering field are very good and are of top notch quality.
Aerospace engineering is largely dedicated to the design, construction and maintenance of aircraft, spacecraft, missiles and weapons systems. The main focus can be to include flight safety, fuel efficiency, operating costs and environmental impact.
Also you have to evaluate designs to see that the products meet engineering principles. You have to design primarily aircraft, spacecraft, satellites, and missiles.
Aerospace engineers are employed in industries where workers design or build aircraft, missiles, systems for national defense, or spacecraft. Aerospace engineers are employed primarily in manufacturing, analysis and design, research and development, and the central government. And there is a very big and good scope of aerospace engineering in India. Also you will get a very handsome payment in comparison to other engineering branches.
On the other hand robotics engineering includes
creating robots and robotics systems that are able to perform duties that humans are not able to do.
In our modern day to day life the demand for robots are required in almost every aspect of life form designing to building big and industrial things.
In robotics engineering you have to design (computer aided) tools to create coding for robot parts, which allows them to design right down to the circuit level. The scope of robotics engineering in India is somewhat less than that of aerospace engineering, but in foreign countries their is a very huge demand of robotics engineers with an awesome pay scale.
In India some of the top iits like iit Bombay, iit Delhi, etc. offers robotics as well as aerospace engineering.
So both the engineering fields are very good and if want to do domestic job them you should go with the aerospace engineering, otherwise if you want to work in foreign countries them go with robotics engineering.
I hope that this much information will help you and you will take the right decision.
Hi student,
Both are best, I am letting you know about both.
Aerospace Engineering:-
This discipline in engineering inculcates skills and knowledge to design, manufacture and maintain spacecraft, missiles and weapons systems in the students. This branch is a mixture of Aeronautical Engineering and Astronautical Engineering branches. This includes study of computer applications, structure, mathematics, physics, drafting, electricity, robotics, aeronautics etc. You can become a pilot in Airforce or work in the aviation industry as an aircraft engineer.

Robotics Engineering:-
This discipline in engineering let students know about robotics, automation, hydraulics, control engineering, physics, mathematics, programming language, engineering drawing, etc. This branch is a combination of electronics, programming, computer science, system engineering, and signal processing. This course teaches mechanical and automation of electronic machines, technology, research, coding, designing and building robots such as vehicle production. Careers part is very wider in this field.
