Nothing is better and nothing is less. It's a matter of your choice, passion and skill sets. First of all, it's important for you to know that what do you want to become in life based on which area or feild you are good in. If you are good in programming/coding, then CSE is the brach for you, but of your heart says that you have a great passion to acquire knowledge about Agricultural feild, then BSc.in Agriculture is the right choice for you. However, if you want to make your career in the latest technologies and equipment being used in the feild of agriculture, then you shoudl go for B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering.

So, ultimately, it all boils down to your choice of feild, desire for learning about a particular feild, your skill set and an area in which you want to make your career.
