A college as per the view of the student should be judged on the basis of placements, campus life and infrastructure and return on investment.
In terms of campus life , pondicherry University will outcast the other two . You will get a good but in terms of placements which I consider the most central university Rajasthan will overpower the other as the fees is also very being a state government college. I hope you have got your answer.
