I would say,Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. , Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. Coming to your question I would like to tell you that for the cse branch you should choose first ITM Lucknow as it is a government college, after that you should go for the AK Garg college , and after that you can choose for galgotia ,GL Bajaj and kiet stands same in the list.
