All the colleges are good in terms of good education quality and teaching staff, I would say RIIM is a better option. The practical exposure which RIIM provides is way more than any other college of this league.
16+ Industrial visits and workshops which are conducted through out the course duration makes RIIM stand ahead of the crowd. Workshops at NSE and residential programme at IIM Indore is an attraction. Placements are very good. They have the top recruiter. I would say go for RIIM.

Reputed companies are recruiting PGDM students more. Why so, In PGDM, Students are trained with Practical Exposure with the help of Case Analysis, Role Plays, Report Writing, Mini Projects, Placement Readiness Training, Domain specific knowledge sessions and activities. So the PGDM Students become more focused in all these area. But at RIIM Pune equivalent weight-age is given to both the courses. So RIIM has designed its curriculum in such a way that both practical and theoretical aspects are covered. MBA/PGDM+ Employability+MDP is the course where students get the domain knowledge as well as the practical Exposure. PGDM course in all of the above three Institute that you have mentioned is in aa way similar in all categories. the boundary Institute when compared in various aspects like academics ,ranking etc are equivalent in ranking from all various top surveys but the Indira Institute of Management have a comparatively less fees and placement average salary is 4 to 5 lacs.
