Chemistry and physics are very different branched altogether

Job opportunities after doing bcc chemistry are:

Analytical chemist, biomedical chemist, quality controller, safety health and environmental specialist, teacher, chemical engineer associate, industrial research scientist etc

Job opportunities after doing bsc physics are : research analyst, teacher, lab assistant , astro physicist, technician, researcher, etc

This can guarantee you jobs in both govt as well as private sector.
