Generally all the government college are affordable even by lower middle class or poor section. These colleges doesn't run on the fees collected, but on the fund given by government. So, if you join any state government colleges in your state than you may have to pay less than 2 lakh for 4 year. And you will also get scholorships if you fulfill the income criteria. In case of central government colleges they are little bit costly here you will be costed around 3-10 lakh depending upon your parental income. If you have income less than 1 lakh than your course will be over only in 3 lakhs in IITs and NITs.
