NCERT (Textbook) Biology (Class 11 & 12) - NCERT is a boon to NEET preparation. If you consider biology about 75 out of 90 questions are directly from NCERT only and that accounts for 300 marks of 360 totals.

The best books to prepare for neet examination for biology is mainly NCERT . Keep a strong hold on your NCERT textbook as majority of the questions comes from it.
You can also refer trueman biology, Akash or Allen package but don't get through too many books as they would confuse you.
