which is the best option between choosing b planning course at NIT or EEE at well reputed private engineering college? please help me.

For any course belonging to engineering or science, NIT is the best campus after IIT. If you are getting a chance then you should grab it even for BPlan.

Why you should choose NIT? Point 1 academic is best. 2. They work on research based projects 3. They get sponsored from government and MNCs.  All in all , facilities and service is best.

EEE in any private college is also a good choice but after NIT. There are private college campus who performs well as same as NIT campus like LPU, DU, AU, IET.

So you have to look out for best private college option which will provide you good platform and full of opportunities.
