Hello Everyone i want to become a Data Scientist and I have some basic knowledge of Python programming language. Now in so many data science course they are teaching R programming. Is it necessary to learn R programming rather than Python ? please help

Python is preferred over R in Data Science as data analysts may get tasks integrated with a web application. R is a statistical language and should be done for statistical learning.
