It doesn't matter whether you take applied or standard mathematics so you can take it as per your convenience. In your graduation there is one basic criteria that you should pass your graduation with 50% or more for general category and 45% for unreserved category.
IIM Ahmedabad releases the eligibility criteria and they will release the notification very soon.
