WHICH MEDICAL(MMBS) COLLEGE CAN I OPT FOR IF I HAVE 401 MARKS IN NEET UG?

Based on this score, The chances are less to get a seat in Government colleges under All India Quota seats & State quota seats, However you can go for private colleges for MBBS programme.
