which one is best CSE or civil
There are many aspects to be taken care of while choosing a stream but most important is your interest . Both are good streams and have good career opprotunities.
Talking about cse there are wide range of opprotunities but you will only be successful when you have more of a practical knowledge as there is more competition in this branch and students from government and private colleges are choosing it because of its popularity but company will only give you a good package based on your skills.
And in civil also there is a tremendous scope . Be it construction , transport , geotechnical fluid, repair and maintenance, testing of material , etc and you can apply for various government jobs.
So every branch is productive and full of opprotunities, the decision is upon you which you liked the most .
Hope it helps...
Hi,
If you are asking about B.tech in Civil or CSE, then first thing you should consider must be area of your interest. See, if you will choose according to interest, then it will surely open a way to scopes. If you are interested in both, and is confuse, then CSE would be a better choice due to technological advancements. Apart from this, placements are offered more to CSE students and Civil engineering yet lacks placements as compared to CSE.
Dear Student,
CSE is one of the best branches in B.Tech course. In this branch you have to study about computers , softwares , programming languages , data structures , storages etc. Mostly students prefer this branch. Also the packages in this branch are very high. In old IIT's the packages reaches in crores and also in private colleges the packages are very high.
There is lot of demand of CSE engineers in both govt. as well as in private sector.
Civil is also one of courses in B.tech. This includes designing , construction, and maintenance of public works such as roads, bridges, canals, dams, airports, etc.
There are also lot of govt. and private jobs in this sector. They are also in demand in many MNC's and PSU's . But the packages are comparably less as compared to CSE.
Hope this helps you.
