see its not necessary that you need to get b.tech degree to get a job in isro  as an scientist. you may hear about dr chandrakant kumar who was the head of the chandrayan mission 2. he was a bsc physics graduate and also have done msc and phd courses on physics. so if you want to make careers on astronomy related line try to get admission on relevant discipline. donot think about any particular job prospect or any thing. try to get in to the favorite career path of yours rather than thinking about in which institution you may get job.
