Which one is preferable between comed- k and kcet ?

Betwen the both, noone is better and no one is preferable. But there is of course difference which you need to understand. Karnataka CET 2018 is conducted for admission to government as well as private institutes acoss the state of Karnataka, while COMEDK UGET 2018 will be held for admission to only private engineering institutes. So, you need to decide between Government and Private Institutes and then accordingly decide which exam to take - KCET 2018 or COMEDK UGET 2018.
