Both the exams are distinctively different and have different eligibility criteria and admission criteria. COMEDK UGET is conducted for admission to private engineering colleges in the state of Karnataka, while IPU CET is held for admission to government as well as private institutions in Delhi-NCR. Noone is better than the other. Both the exams are important in their own way. IPU CET offers admission into 22 Govt./Private institutions across Delhi-NCR, while COMDK UGET offers admission to around 160 engineering colleges in Karnataka.
However, you need to check the eligibility criteria and reservation criteria.
